Dear Parents,

The School Board’s Heritage Fair is coming up this spring during the early part of May. Our school is taking part in this event and we will have our own “Heritage Fair” on the 30th of March. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about our Heritage and develop great research and cooperation skills. As part of our Social Studies program I am asking each and every student in our class to participate in this fair. Who knows, they may go on to the “Board’s Fair” and maybe even the National one that will be held during the Summer. I will be giving students class time and guidance as they develop their project. It will require that our students do some work, with your cooperation, at home as they develop their “Project”. Listed below are some approved sites in which they can gather information.
