Self Assessment Beginning On the Way Met Evidence
I can articulate in advance of teaching, the achievement outcomes my students are to meet        X x
I summarize, in words my students understand what they are expected to accomplish.        
I provide samples and models for students to show what successful learning looks like.        
I collect a variety of evidence to show student learning.        
My feedback to students is frequent, descriptive, and immediate.        
My students are actively, consistently and effectively involved in the assessment process        
My students communicate to  others about their achievement status and improvement        
I understand  the relationship between assessment and student motivation and use assessment to build student confidence rather than failure and defeat        
I use classroom assessment information to inform my instruction and to adjust the learning environment.
