Building School Climate

Home Students Staff Parents & Community Links and Resources

Building a positive school climate is integral to the social well being of all our educational partners - staff, students, parents and community members.

It relates to everything that goes on within the walls of the school,  taking pride in keeping our school clean, student behaviour, communication, cooperation and participation  amongst all our partners, student academic success, volunteering, leadership roles, student activities.

School spirit events encourage people to become involved, to take ownership and feel great about what's happening in their school.

There are many ideas that can be easily incorporated into the school to make it a better place for all.

By providing students with opportunities for social growth, leadership, cooperative structures and positive interactions with others, students build character and learn to make good decisions.

"Do all the good you can, By all the means you can, In all the ways you can, In all the places you can, To all the people you can, As long as ever you can."  John Wesley

A Hundred Years From Now... it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove... but the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child.    author unknown

"My life is my message."  Mahatma Gandhi
